Project Overview:

- Karkar Area is located next to  Nasser Lake, which contains the largest  stock of fresh water and fish for Egypt with diversity in ( marine creatures, plants ,wild creatures,climate and terrain) and also There are 85 creeks - suitable for aquaculture and agricultural  

- However , there are increasing in the unemployment rate to 12% from the  Republic of Egypt and the illiteracy rate to 30% with Increased pollution and the lack of adequate water treatment or sewage plants and also the stability of  the water level after the renaissance dam will reduce the self-purification process of the lake, which leads to an increase in salts and pollutants.s -There is no  urban structure in the area ..

- SO, Proudly presenting  AQUACULTURE CENTER to change how people look at Aquatic life by By putting Nasser lake in the spotlight of visitor interest and pointing out the importance of the area Through the establishment of a cultural  community with new architecture and sustainable methods of fishing and aqua- culture to confront water threats and fish wealth with the spread of culture
